How we think

Let us introduce ourselves

You should know how we tick. Here everyone on the team says, in their own words, how they see the coming years of AI – and what they are particularly proud of.

I am convinced that in the coming years success won't be decided by access to AI, but by the ability to bring it cleanly into processes and people's heads. My drive is implementation over slides. I'm especially proud of building entire marketing and sales organizations – including winning a major order worth €2.2M.

Christian NiebischHead of AI (Founder)

The next AI wave won't be driven by bigger models, but by better data and clearer questions. I think in patterns and probabilities and love the moment when raw data turns into a decision. I'm proud of a forecasting model that noticeably reduced scrap in manufacturing.

Dr. Tobias RennerData Science

Sales wins when nothing falls through the cracks. I see a future where every lead automatically gets the next sensible step and people focus on the conversation. I'm proud of an automated funnel that significantly raised an online shop's close rate.

Markus FeldnerAutomation & No-Code Development

Brand and AI are no contradiction – quite the opposite. I see a future where AI speeds up production while people ensure attitude, style and consistency. I'm proud of a brand relaunch that markedly increased a mid-sized company's recognition.

Lena HartwigGraduate Designer (FH) & Art Direction

The best AI is useless if nobody likes using it. I believe good interface design will increasingly decide whether teams accept AI. I'm proud of an interaction concept that made a complex application usable for non-technical staff.

Svenja KrügerUX/UI Design

Agentic AI will shape the coming years: systems that understand goals and work through task chains on their own. I think in funnels and automations and prefer to test today what becomes standard tomorrow. I'm proud of an affiliate build that scales fully automatically.

Finn BeckerAI Agents & Affiliate Automation

AI changes not only tools, but roles and responsibility. Good projects rarely fail on technology, but on unclear ownership – that's exactly where I come in. I'm proud of a reorganization that merged two sites without friction.

Thomas WaltherProject Management

In five years AI will be as normal as ERP is today – what matters is where you start. I always think from the bottleneck: where does work cost time every day? My proudest moment was a line changeover that cut lead times by about a third – long before anyone called it AI.
